Return of Six Sides?

TNA is polling their audience (and the tons of other people) about whether they should keep the 4-sided ring or return to six sides beginning at the NYC Tapings. I'd vote for 6 sides, because why not at this point?

Keep the 4 sides... TNA is no longer a X-Division company...A large majority of the current roster wasn't even there when the 6 sides was used so it would take quite some time for them to be comfortable with it.

Six Sides will probably win but they probably shouldn't change at this point.

Six sides was a fun idea, but it wasn't as good in practice as in theory. Wrestlers never seemed quite used to it. It gave the x-division a few dimension, but never quite seemed worth it.

That said, at this point, who cares. Changing the dimensions of the ring isn't going to save them.

Let me tell you something brothers, you had 6 six sides and it only got you so far brother, then you had 4 sides brother, the way things are supposed to be brother, but that made things worse brother, so now brothers we're going back to six sides brothers

I hope this doesn't happen. I wasn't a fan of the switch when it first happened.

But really, 6 sides is old news. Give me 12 sides and we'll talk.

Honestly the few people left in TNA right now that know how to use a 6 sided ring are few and far between. Jeff Hardy, Eric Young, Bobby Roode, James Storm, Abyss and Samoa Joe are . Throw Tigre Uno in there since AAA uses a 6 sided ring. But at the end of the day, that's about it. A lot of talent didn't like the ring, since it was hard to pull off spots and running the ropes was very awkward. It was fine for it's time, but with so many gone there is just no point in bringing it back.

Austin Aries was pretty vocal about it on twitter, which might be a work, but I don't think Russo is crazy enough it have talent fight the literal ring, right?

For the record with a 6 sided ring, it leaves the ring with dead spots (aka no give).

As much as I loved it from a spectators stand point, I hate it from the aspect of being in the ring. I have trained in a 4 sided and a 6 sided and Skiff is right. A 6 sided ring is so much stiffer it actually hurts, I didn't have any issue running the ropes tho they were tighter than i am normally used too. I would not want a switch if i were on the roster.

I voted four sides before anyone complained. I thought six sides was cool when they did it but I don't need to see it again. Especially now that I hate TNA. I want six sides to be my good memories.
