There is talk that CHIKARA will reform in February. Apparently the wrestlers who had worked for the promotion have been contacted and told that.

I know that a bunch of CHIKARA fans bombarded them with emails and phone calls, which I'm sure is annoying, as it's a legit gallery. They said it would be a few months before they could do anything with it, and this might just be a way of keeping people from calling them and posting on their facebook.

Yeah it was kind of a given that they would kill Heart at NPWD, as this is the first time Heart had even been mentioned in a long time.

really cool angle, that should start to get people fired up for the return, only downside was really lousy camera work that didn't really show a few things, like the minions reveal

During the "main event" the Rudos showed up maybe 25-30 people strong, including the gekido, BDK, Cube, Sinn, Minions and others
They beat up the two wrestlers in the ring, the submission squad showed up and got their asses kicked
Icarus, Colony, Dasher and two trainees showed up
a new masked rudo revealed himself to be Jimmy Jacobs, the mouthpiece/leader for now
Jacobs said they didn't have enough guys to go to war, Icarus said something I couldn't make out cause the crowd went apeshit and the minions revealed themselves to be various chikara roster members
huge clusterfuck brawl was all even steven until the doors to the outside opened and a delorian pulled up with Archie and 3.0 who gave the technichos the advantage and cleaned house
Icarus held up a sign that said 5-25-14(I think that's the date, sometime in may) for the next Chikara show
big ten main event with Chikara guys afterwards
