EVOLVE, Shine,AIW, & DGUSA are now WWE devlopmental

Given how some NXT talent are responding to the WWE NXT account's tweets asking if particular EVOLVE talent "will be the next WWE NXT breakout star," perhaps this leads to an angle of sorts.

Not necessarily an invasion, but rather play off of the seemingly real resentment that some of these NXT stars have towards indy talents who are able to bounce around NXT and the indys, and use it to build a program with certain wrestlers.
