Help/Advice for playing TEW

currently i'am very interested in TEW adn i'am thinking from going to the full version of 13 from the Demo.

i'am just asking for good advice on how to play (my personnel TEW style makes me liking to use the Pure style), but also i need to figure out how to:

Make alter egos,
good profile picture packs,
how to make good custom pictures.

if anyone has good advice, could you please tell me.

I have this whole YT channel with hours of playtime to show you...

alter egos...like in a save or a mod. Play a bit before modding. Trust.
Good pic packs...real life? Just use the one with the mod, that is generally good.
Pic cutting... that's basically how do I use photoshop/paint.net/gimp. I don't know I'm not an artist
