I would like to take this time to talk about how most of these wrestler hosted podcats are actually terrible. JR is a bunch of crabby old man talk with meh interviews. Jericho is a fozzy plugest with a horrendous monologue, though he usually at least does good interviews. Austin is mostly good, but he is surprisingly soft on his interviews. Don't even get me started on fucking Goldberg or Cornette.

    In short, #TeamCabana 4 life.

I listened to JR "interview" AJ styles and by interview I mean tell random stories about eating hamburgers in a town AJ's never been to in georgia

The only good wrestling podcasts are Cabana's and Talking Shop

lol I listened to his interview with Kurt Angle last night and have listened to a few others previously, and I'm glad I wasn't the only one who felt that way.  Between that and hawking sponsors and talking up WWE every 5 minutes.

The last episode I tried was him interviewing Ronda Rousey, because that seemed like it might an interesting pairing. 1. It wasn't and 2. He spent the first half of the show doing the old timer "ugh the fans these days and their twitters, they think they know the business" spiel. Which whatever, I don't even disagree with him really. But I've heard so many people complain about that for so long that I'm tired of hearing it, and it's not like he had any new insight on it.

You'd think the JR podcast would have been good but it really isn't. After Cabana is definitely Stone Cold and that is about it. I've tried them all and nothing compares to the original. #coltforever

If we are only talking bout actual wrestlers, colt interviewing quack is the best podcast of all time.

In terms of wrestling in general, tir, osw review, attitude era podcast, the LAW podcasts and RBR are all great.

Don't think of them as dead or alive. It's more of a grey area. People will determine that for themselves.
