Re: FANTASY FOOTBALL
I know I am not in the league, but I was wondering if I could bounce my team and some thoughts I am having off yall. I just did the draft for my prize team, a 10 team keeper (two players) league. Here is my roster. I have a few moves I am considering before the season starts.
QB: Aaron Rodgers (Kept)
RB: Eddie Lacey
RB: Alfred Morris (Kept)
WR: Larry Fitzgerald
WR: Andre Johnson
WR: Vincent Jackson
TE: Jordan Reed
K: Nick Novak
DST: Browns
Bench: Michael Crabtree
Bench: Mike Wallace
Bench: Rashad Jennings
Bench: Andre Ellington
Bench: Joique Bell
Bench Charles Clay
Clay has been banged up and I am little worried about my WR depth honestly. I love my picks, but my starters are all older and both Crabtree and Wallace have some question marks. There are also some RBs that I really like for later in the season. So I am considering dropping Clay in three different scenarios.
1. Pick up Carlos Hyde or Christine Michael. Gore and Lynch are both prime candidates for a huge drop off and they are in systems that I think you could plug talented young backs into and see them find success. I know I don't NEED a RB at this point, but I am stockpiling RBs in hopes of upgrading my starting lineup down the road. Plus, I ended up getting wrecked by injuries at RB last year.
2. Like I said, I would feel better if I had a younger top receiver. One option I am thinking of is picking up rookie Mike Evans or Kelvin Benjamin. Both rookies are freak athletes. Benjamin will be the top WR in Carolina I think. Mike Evans will be number 2 across from Vincent Jackson. Brian Hartline is also available and could be a valuable pick up.
3. If Josh Gordon's suspension is under 10 games I may think about using a spot on the bench for him. Even if he is coming in at the end, he is a freak athlete.
I am in no huge rush to make a move. Given how the other people in my league drafted, I don't think many of them are eyeballing these players, but as soon as one of them blows up in the preseason, someone will get spooked and snag them. Should I consider dropping Clay in one of the scenarios listed above?

Re: FANTASY FOOTBALL
Rashad Jennings is going to have a breakout year.

Re: FANTASY FOOTBALL
Yeah I think my RBs are STACKED. I am actually really high on Ellington as well. He might just be too small to make an impact all year. I hope he has a giant game one or two so i can tempt someone with a top 5 WR into trading.
