    WRE.com has received word that WRE General Manager Iron Sheik has announced that at WRE's first ever pay per view, Ascendancy, the first ever WRE Champion will be crowned in a 4 way elimination match. 4 matches will be held over the coming weeks on WRE TV to determine the participants, and on the debut episode of WRE TV one of those matches will be our main event when the Swiss Superman, Cesaro, goes one on one with "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin!

    What else will our eccentric GM have in store for WRE? Tune in and find out!

    -On this week's episode of WRE TV, Stacy Keibler announced the introduction of the WRE Lucky 7 Championship. But before she could explain to the WRE Universe what exactly that title was, she was interrupted by WRE Superstar Chuck Taylor. We caught up with Miss Keibler after the show to give her a chance to explain.

    Keibler: The Lucky 7 Championship will be one of the most hotly contested titles in all of wrestling. Once a champion makes seven successful title defenses, he will be awarded with a guaranteed shot at the WRE Championship. The braver a Champion is and the more he defends it, the closer he gets to that WRE Championship match. but if her gets too brave, he can lose it all. With other championships you have to hope your work is noticed and someone will grant you a title shot. In WRE, you have the chance to fight for a shot at our biggest prize.

    -With this announcement, the line of contenders for the Lucky 7 Championship is sure to grow by leaps and bounds in the coming weeks.

    -On next week's episode of WRE TV, we will see more first round action in the WRE Tag Team Championship Tournament as The Osirian Portal take on the team of Chris Masters and Curtis Axel. Also, we hope to hear from Bad News Barrett and get some kind of explanation for his attack on Michael Elgin last week. And in our main event, we will have another qualifying match for the WRE Championship match at Ascendancy when Chris Hero does battle with an old adversary, "The War King" Eddie Kingston!

    -As we saw on this past week's episode of WRE TV, Michael Elgin was not available to respond to the attack he suffered at the hands of Bad News Barrett, as doctors diagnosed him with a mild concussion and ordered him to remain at home. This week on WRE TV however, Michael Elgin will be in the building. What will the Unbreakable one have in store for BNB?

    -WRE General Manager Iron Sheik has announced a slight change to the format of the WRE Tag Team Championship Tournament. While the remaining first round matches will be held on WRE TV in the next few weeks, the semi finals and final will be held at our first ever Pay Per View, Ascendancy! One team will have to win twice in one night in order to be crowned the first ever WRE Tag Team Champions. The Irish Airborne and Osirian Portal have already advanced to the semi finals, and this week we'll see Dave Crist take on Ophidian in a potential preview of the final. Which team will gain momentum going into Ascendancy?

    -Also, The Iron Sheik has promised there will be repercussions for Chuck Taylor's interference in our main event last week between Chris Hero and Eddie Kingston. When reached for comment, Taylor said that the Iron Sheik wouldn't dare punish one of WRE's brightest stars. What will the GM have in store for The Kentucky Gentleman? Tune in and find out!
