Bad News & Good News.
Ken Shamrock will not be appearing at PWS on 4/26. Not going to lie, just let's put it out there ... when someone agrees to something then says "2 minute match only" & "will not wear wrestling gear" followed by several emails from his 'manager' asking for a large deposit ... no . Just no.

Visually the idea of Shamrock vs Maff is awesome however honestly would not be what it should be . It would be like Sid's one PWS match all over again.

That said , we decided to go out and book some wrestlers whom will be wrestling (in gear!) on April 26th instead.

What was Shamrock going to do, wrestle in jeans for 2 minutes?

I guess bike shorts and gloves were a deal breaker.

after years of talking about PWS and their wacky shows, I will finally attend one.

When I 1st bought tickets all that was announced was RVD vs. AJ Styles.

Now I'm getting that and a bunch of random sideshow. What could be better?

only Gen. admission left, whatever its only $20 per person so i got it covered

This show was lots of fun live. From opener to main event I never felt like looking at my phone or ignoring the show...except for their PWS Heavyweight Title match which had the local PWS fans in uproar until the swerve ending which they approved of.

Also I was able to meet RVD and Colt Cabana for the 1st time so that was cool. In classic stoner fashion RVD asked me "have...have we met before? You look really familiar" while squinting.

Being able to finally buy a BulletClub shirt was also a plus. But top of the list might go to highfiving Gangrel who spit fake blood on my friend and former board member WholeFNShowStopper.

PWS announced they're going to have a TV show starting January on WLNY 10/55, so that's kind of cool too.

W! L! NY! TV 55!

In other words I have that channel and can't wait to DVR the shit out of that show.

The crowd really liked him, I'm a little late to the party so I didn't really get him like they did.

-- For what it's worth, Pro Wrestling Syndicate's TV debut on WLNY in New York (which can also be seen on their YouTube channel) did a 0.2 household rating (14,922 homes) with a 2.0 share in the 4:30 AM to 5:30 AM time slot. The female demographics and men 18-34 were all statistical zero ratings, while men 18-49 and men 25-54 both did the same 0.2 rating/2 share, so it looks like, statistically speaking, the audience was entirely men 35 and older.

I watched the show on DVR and it was not what I was expecting but it was still good. It was basically a recap of their September show and the build up to next weeks show which is from October.
