Angle To Be Out for Knee Surgery

The surgery was scheduled for January 21 but it was rescheduled so Angle could appear on TNA’s upcoming “Maximum Impact” European tour. He is expected to miss Lockdown as it happens less than a month after the surgery.

I guess this opens up one more spot for a young talent, but may hurt ticket sales. Not sure if Jeff Hardy will be back by then, but the possibility of advertising a show without Hardy and Angle, and with Magnus as your World Champion, may cause ticket sales to struggle...lets hope they get a good build up for matches then!

Hardy will be back they just wrote him off because he can't go to England.

Six to eight weeks for Angle is a lot for a contract year though. Interesting to see if he would go back to WWE for a HOF run.

I believe there is a stipulation that if Angle loses he can never get into the TNA Hall of Fame. So he's going to win. Also, lmao.

6 to 8 weeks for Angle means that he'll be wrestling at the next TV taping.
