Three in a row and back-to-back criticals of Kobashi and Jumbo. Solid work Riki.

Drew McIntyre got humbled a little bit by losing to Ryo Hazuki, but he'll be back.
Also: Naito is on steroids.

Re: THE WC CLIMAX 2017
bigger losers of both blocks should wrestle at the end to find out who the biggest loser in the whole tournament is
i mean its probably chuck taylor but official confirmation after all this would be swell

I don't know how long I want to be in the Rikidozan Business at this point He's okay but when you're not super dominant and everyone hates you and your matches are boring , it's kind of hard to root for you.
He's like a diva Wide Receiver. When the team is winning nobody cares about how much of a distraction you are but when the team is 3-2 or 3-3 on the season , people start asking if the sacrifices are worth it.

That's why a lot of people don't pick the old OP's of yesteryear. They're boring as sin and racking up wins in a video game sim league isn't important. I'd rather see crazy good matches, flips, absurd upsets and criticals out of the blue than win all the time.

That's why I always rep Team Stan. Crazy blind brawling Texan bastard throwing lariats left and right. Never actually was as OP as the Riki's and Jumbo's, but he was always more fun.

Kobashi was so mad about star ratings he murdered Kenny Omega, so fair warning if you get more stars than Kobashi he will kill you

Re: THE WC CLIMAX 2017
I think i'm now firmly on the Rikidozan roller coaster. He's not going to be great every match but he seems to be able to bust a match that gets me back on board every couple matches.
If he could string five or six of those matches together , I'd be the biggest Riki markbut maybe it's a bit more entertaining if he has a few off nights here and there. Maybe the suspense of not knowing what Riki is going to show up is the draw of his mystique.
I actually secretly suspect he might just have a drinking problem and sometimes show up to matches hung over or drunk. That's the most logical excuse for killing Kenta Kobashi and then Choking the life out of Zack Sabre Jr. but also losing to one one winged Angel From Kenny Omega and just getting Bltiz'd by Aleister Black.
