According the the Observer Backlash's attendance was between 9,800 - 10,000. Making it the 2nd Lowest drawing WWE PPV at the All-State Arena. The Lowest being WrestleMania 2 (only counting the attendance in Chicago) which was 9,000 with a main event of The British Bulldogs vs. The Dream Team.
